Instructions
Peel the hard boiled eggs and slice them in diggings. Set 1- 2 egg diggings to the side to use as setoffs if asked .
Place the eggs and cream rubbish in a food processor and palpitation a many times to get them incompletely diced and mixed.
Add the mayo and mustard and palpitation a many further times.
Scrape down the sides of the processor to insure indeed mixing.
Add the ginger and the hot sauce and process until smooth.
Taste and season with swab and pepper if asked .
Remove from the food processor and place in a serving dish.
Garnish with remaining egg diggings, a gusto or two of paprika, and a sprinkle of diced chives.
Serve with crackers and veggies.
