Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the chicken mixture into the crust.
Cover with another layer of pie crust, sealing the edges well. Cut a few slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
Brush the top crust with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
