PREPARATION:
Step 1
Grease the bottom of the slow cooker with oil painting and arrange the potato diggings in the bottom.
Step 2
Split open a package of estate dressing and pour it into a coliseum or shallow dish. After drying them with paper apkins, comb each pork chop in the estate greasepaint.
Step 3
In a heavy skillet( immaculately cast iron), bring 1 teaspoon of olive oil painting to a medium–high temperature. When the oil painting is hotted , lay the pork chops in the visage precisely, and sear them for about two to three twinkles on each side; the pork chops should have a good brown color by the end.
Step 4
Take the pork chops out of the visage and lay them on top of the potatoes that are formerly in the slow cooker.
Step 5
In the same skillet, add a little bit more oil painting if necessary to cover the visage. Be sure to leave any motes from the pork chops in the visage while you toast the oil painting over medium heat.
