- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Sprinkle each triangle with a pinch of garlic powder, onion powder, and a little salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Place a spoonful of the bacon and cheese mixture at the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll up each triangle tightly, starting at the wide end, and place them seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each roll with melted butter and olive oil for a golden, crispy finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
