Creamy Chicken Bacon Cheddar Bake

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease.
In the same skillet, sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
Chop the crispy bacon and sprinkle it over the top.
Bake the chicken in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
