Toss shrimp with swab, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and Oregano, and fleece well. toast a large skillet over medium–high heat and dapple the bottom of the visage with olive oil painting.
Add shrimp and cook for 2 twinkles. Flip shrimp over and cook another nanosecond or two. also remove to a plate and set away. mizzle visage with a little more olive oil painting, add link and brown until nicely caramelized, about 4 – 5 twinkles. Remove to plate, set away.
Add pasta to interspersed scorching water and cook until al dente.
Lower heat to medium and add a bit more olive oil painting to the visage, add the onion, red bell pepper, Cajun seasoning, brown sugar, and a generous pinch of swab.
Sauté until onion and pepper have softened a bit, scraping up any browned bits that you can.
Add the garlic and cook until ambrosial, about 30 seconds.
Add crushed tomatoes, funk broth and heavy cream.
Bring to a poach, stirring and scraping up any brown bits from bottom of visage, poach a couple twinkles.
Once stewing, add Parmesan and stir into sauce. When Parmesan is blended in, add cooked pasta and link and stir to combine and toast through, 2 – 3 twinkles. swab and pepper to taste and also incipiently, add shrimp.
Serve with diced parsley.
