Cinnamon Cake



Make sure you have all the necessary ingredients on hand and in the correct quantities before beginning this recipe so you may enjoy a delectable handmade cake.

Step 1
I’m going to begin making this cake by putting 4 tiny eggs in the blender.

After that, I’ll add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a dash of salt to give our cake a particular touch.

The following ingredients must be at room temperature: 200 milliliters of milk, 350 grams of white sugar, and 150 grams of milk cream.

One tablespoon vanilla, one and a half tablespoons butter (may also be margarine). For three minutes, cover the bowl and thoroughly whisk the ingredients.

500 grams of all-purpose flour will be added after this, but I’ll do it gradually to avoid overworking the blender.

Cover with one tablespoon of baking powder as well. I restart the mixer until the mixture is homogenous.

Next, I’ll use a little butter to lightly grease a tart pan and some flour to thoroughly flour it. This process makes it simpler to remove the cake from the mold.

Finally, I pour in the entire mixture from the blender and bake the mold for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Our incredibly moist sponge cake is ready after 45 minutes. In the blender, we make a delectable cake.
