Instructions
Preheat roaster to 350 degrees. Grease light colored loaf visage withnon-stick cuisine spray and set away.
In large coliseum, blend oil painting, adulation and sugar until well combined. Stir in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Gently stir in dry constituents and buttermilk until invariant batter has formed. Scrape sides to insure no lumps are present. Remove1/2 mug set batter from coliseum and place into a separate lower coliseum. To that small quantum of batter, stir in cinnamon and molasses.
Pour half of the set batter into the bottom of the loaf visage. ladle half of the cinnamon batter in small clumps excel the batter. Pour remaining plain batter over the top. fleck the top with remaining cinnamon batter. Using a adulation cutter, swirl two batters together. Singe 45- 50 twinkles or until toothpick comes out with a many wettish motes.
While loaf is incinerating, get sheeting ready. Pour melted adulation into a large shallow dish. Stir sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon together in a separate large shallow dish.
Cool 10 twinkles before loosening edges and removing loaf from visage. The loaf should be veritably warm, but cool enough to handle with your hands.
Dip each side of loaf
into melted adulation until completely carpeted. ladle remaining melted adulation over the edges that tend to be more crisp. Transfer caloric loaf to the cinnamon- sugar admixture and press into the sides and top until completely carpeted.
Slice into pieces and serve warm or at room temperature.
