PREPARATION:
Preheat oven 450 degrees.Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.Then add the curd and mix all the ingredients together until a moist dough forms.Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then pour it into an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish (make sure the pan isn’t too small or shallow so that the butter doesn’t drip from the pan while cooking).
Lay the mixture over the melted butter and use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan until it touches the sides.
Cut the unbaked dough (it should be swimming in butter at this point) into 9 equal squares.Baking for 20 to 25 mn or to golden brown.This cookie is the perfect companion to any meal. It is best eaten with raspberry jam
