Place meat into a large ziptop bag. Using a coliseum, pour in all of the constituents and whisk until completelymixed.However, feel free to blend the condiment constituents together, If you have a blender at home. else, a whisk works OK too!
Pour the condiment into a ziptop bag, directly over the meat. Cover, and chill for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours. The longer you allow the meat to marinate, the better, but because of the acid( bomb juice) in the condiment, don’t marinate longer than 4 hours.
Remove meat from the condiment and DISCARD THE Condiment – don’t exercise. Cook steak as asked and enjoy!
