Season beef with swab and pepper
Comb in flour
Brown in heated visage( my slow cooker can brown/ sauté, so I use that). Remove formerly browned
Add garlic and further oil painting if demanded, sauté until smoothly browned.
Add carrot, celery, onion, potatoes and tomato paste, and sauté for about 10 twinkles
Add minced tomatoes & sauté for another 5 twinkles.
Add beer and cook for 10 twinkles
Add beef back by and stir to fleece.
Add beef broth, swab and pepper, paprika, chili greasepaint and bay leaves.
Cover & cook on low for 8 hours.

Please note, that I don’t use my slow cooker in the traditional way, as I generally remove the lid a many times and taste test to insure my seasoning is to my relish.
This form can be made the tradition way, just make sure to not over season in the morning, you can always add further towards the end.
