Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the chicken fillets in a large mixing bowl.
Add paprika, chili powder, and cumin to the bowl.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until each soft coated with spices.
Wrap the seasoned chicken fillets in bacon strips and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crisp.
Remove the chicken fillets from the oven and use a pastry brush to brush them with a layer of sugar-free, keto-friendly barbecue sauce.
Place the chicken fillets in the oven for another 3-4 minutes, until the sauce begins to caramelize on the chicken fillets.
