Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional, for coating)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing mix, fresh chives, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until fully combined and smooth.
Use your hands to shape the mixture into a ball. If you prefer, you can also shape it into a log.
Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans until fully coated. (Optional: you can also coat the ball in additional bacon bits or fresh herbs.)
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the cheese ball to firm up.
Serve with crackers, veggies, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
