Description
Make this Asian Sweet Ginger Beef Stir Fry in 25 minutes, packed with tender beef, crisp veggies, and a sweet ginger sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas
2 carrots, julienned
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok. Stir-fry beef in batches until browned. Remove.
Add vegetables, stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
Return beef to pan, add sesame oil, toss until coated.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Substitute honey for brown sugar for natural sweetness.
Add chili flakes for spice.
