APPLE CINNAMON ROLL LASAGNA

PREPARATION:

Preheat oven to 375 F & spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick spray.Combine the apple cubes, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl, making sure to coat them evenly.

Cut the cinnamon rolls to 1/4-inch-thick slices. Sprinkling every piece with flour, then with a roll pin, roll every piece on a floured surface until thin

Arrange first layer of flattened cinnamon roll on the bottom & sides of dish. Squeeze them with your hands to seal them well.Spreading half of the apple filling on top & drizzle with 2-3 tsp of caramel sauce.Covering with aluminum foil & bake for 30 minutes. Then removing foil & baking for another 10-15 mn to top is golden brown.Letting cool for at least 30 mn, then drizzle with the frosting that came with cinnamon rolls.
