DEVILED EGG DIP

Ingredients:

 

 

1 dozen hard boiled eggs (peeled and quartered)

 

1/3 cup mayonnaise

 

4 ounces cream cheese (softened)

 

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

 

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

 

2 teaspoons hot sauce

 

1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped fine)

 

paprika for garnish
