Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
For the Mac and Cheese:
2 cups cooked macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
For the Chicken and Bacon:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (grilled or roasted)
8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
For Assembling:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Prepare Mac and Cheese:
Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour to form a roux, then gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Add cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, mustard powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until the sauce is creamy and the cheese is melted. Mix with cooked macaroni.
Prepare Chicken and Bacon:
Combine Chicken and Bacon: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing. Stir in crumbled bacon.
Assemble Mac and Cheese:
Mix Together: Fold the chicken and bacon mixture into the mac and cheese until evenly distributed.
Bake (Optional):
Top and Bake: Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle with additional shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Cool and Serve:
Garnish: Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
