Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 pounds cooked chicken cubes

    • 8 to 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

    • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (divided)

  • 1 cup Anka Cheddar cheese, grated (divided)
  • 1 small portion of broccoli/cauliflower (ready to eat) – steamed in a bag for 3 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat the oven to 100 °C

    1. Mix the chicken, bacon (reserve some for sprinkling), steamed vegetables, cream, spices and half of the two types of cheese.
    2. Mix well and place on a baking sheet (I used 9×9)

    1. Top with remaining cheese and bacon and sprinkle with more ranch dressing if needed
    2. Bake for 15 minutes

    1. I don’t count carbs so I choose it I don’t use them and nothing else matters except the fact that it’s damn tasty! ! !
